Personal projects

These are the things I build because I want to know how they work, and because I'd rather have something real to show than a list of buzzwords on a CV.

AdventuresApp

In progress

I started this app (working title FOMO) to plan real-world meet-ups with friends, and to own every layer of a build instead of just the front end. It runs on a Supabase backend, with a Postgres schema I designed and row-level security on every table, and Edge Functions for anything that needs a secret. Chat is Stream Chat, the app is React Native with Expo, and locations come from Google Places. It's still missing push notifications, and I'd rather say that plainly than pretend it's finished.

Ledger

Live

A small tool for logging my own training, built because I actually want to use it, not because a portfolio needs another card. It has a dark UI and borrows some visual ideas from trading and market dashboards: sparklines for weekly trends, monospaced numbers, small up or down deltas rather than plain numbers. It lives in the Lab, and it now syncs between devices through your own Google Drive, with no server of mine in between. It works offline, merges changes item by item, and shows which devices have synced. A rule-based coach suggests my next workout and next-set targets from my own history, with a body map that shows what is trained and what is ready.
